“In Breakthrough Women’s Running you will learn to overcome injuries, setbacks, ebbs in motivation, hormonal changes, and challenges that come with life as a runner. Relate to successful women runners like Elise Cranny, Megan Roche, Sara Vaughn, and Nell Rojas as they share how even elite runners experience highs and lows in their training and how they overcame barriers to reach challenging goals. You too can overcome your physical or mental barriers to achieve more successful and fulfilling running.”
