You don’t want to miss this “faster-than-flat” downhill point-to-point one-mile event! Open to everyone and featuring multiple waves:
Mountain Avenue Mile Wave Start Times:
5:15 PM: Kids 12 & Under
5:30 PM: Walk
6:00 PM: Middle School & High School
6:15 PM: Pushrim/Wheelchair
6:30 PM: Open (ages 18-39)
6:45 PM: * “Beauty & Beast” – Masters 40+
7:00 PM: *Elite Women
7:15 PM: *Elite Men
*Races with cash prize purse.
Elite Race Qualifying Times:
To enter the elite race wave, entrants must meet the following qualifying times:
Elite Women’s Race – 6:00 min/mile or faster
Elite Men’s Race – 5:30 min/mile or faster
Cash Prize Purse: Total $2,100 prize purse
Awards
Awards are awarded by wave, you will only be eligible for awards in the wave you run. For example, if you are over 40 but have a qualifying time for the elite wave and run the Elite race then you will only be eligible for the prizes in the Elite wave and will not be considered for any prize$/awards in the Master’s 40+ wave.

FREE Middle & High School Mile (Ages 13-18)
Thanks to Tim Hebert of Sage Benefit Advisors, teens can put their phones down and hit the streets to run a mile with friends and the community cheering them on. Tim’s support helps build confidence, speed, and community for the next generation of runners.
